כחלק מאחד הפרויקטים המרתקים ביותר שנרקם מתחת לרדאר כאן במזרח התיכון (הקמת העיר חדשה, ראוובי בשטח A של הרשות הפלסטינית) תכננו שוק אוכל מגוון, הן מהבחינה הקולינרית והן ממספר שפות עיצוב שונות תחת מעטפת אחידה הממוקמת במרכז המסחרי הפתוח והמרשים שמהווה חלק חשוב במרקם המתהווה של העיר החדשה.
השוק פונה לקהל הרחב ומאפשר לו מספר חוויות הכוללות קניה ואכילה של "אוכל רחוב" הממוקם בלב המרכז המסחרי וקומה עליונה של ישיבה עם תצפית לשוק ולרחוב.
As part of one of the more exiting projects in our Middle East region (The building of the first modern Palestinian city) we planned and designed a food market with various food stands and food carts which are designed according to the culinary substance. All together these food stands and carts provide colors, textures and smell to enlarge the "market" experience. The food market allows the costumers a number of experiences.
First of all, a walk by the market façade in order to buy and eat while passing by.
Secondly, to walk in, buy and eat in scattered sitting points adjacent to the stands and finally, people can use the upper floor dining area that contains various sitting options while viewing the market below and viewing the outdoor city business and cultural center.
