כחלק מאחד הפרויקטים המרתקים ביותר שנרקם מתחת לרדאר כאן במזרח התיכון (הקמת העיר חדשה, ראוובי בשטח A של הרשות הפלסטינאית) יצרנו פינת חמד שהיא גלידרייה בשטח של כ50 מ"ר הממוקמת במרכז המסחרי הפתוח והמרשים שמהווה חלק חשוב במרקם המתהווה של העיר החדשה.
הגלידרייה תוכננה ועוצבה בקו "עשיר" ובסגנון ה "בראסרי" האיטלקי/צרפתי הידוע.
שימוש בחומרים עשירים כאבן טבעית, עץ מלא וחם, מראות ברונזה, גופי תאורה מפליז המספקים תאורה חמה וזכוכיות עתיקות משרים אווירה חמה ונעימה בניגוד לגלידה הצבעונית קרה ומתוקה.
הגלידריה כוללת כמובן מטבח הכנות, בר הגשה עשיר של גלידה ויוגורט, שירותים ללקוחות, אזור ישיבה גבוה מצומצם הפונה לרחבה החיצונית (שם יש שולחנות ישיבה סטנדרטית) ול "מדרחוב" המהווה חלק מהמרכז המסחרי. בנוסף עוד חלונות "בלגיים" גדולים מחברים את הפנים אל החוץ וההפך.
As part of one of the more exiting projects in our Middle East region
(The building of the first modern Palestinian city) we designed a 50 sq' meter ice cream shop which is located in an open space commercial center right in the middle of the city.
The shop is designed as a "rich brasserie" containing materials like natural rich stone mounted on the walls, dark "fishbone" wood parquet flooring, wood furniture and display elements combined with antique glass, subway tiles and brass light fixtures supplying warm lighting and atmosphere. All that comes in full contrast with the colorful, sweet and cold ice cream.
The shop includes a kitchen section, toilets, ice cream and yogurt bar an inside sitting bar viewing the open commercial center via large black metal framed windows and an outdoor sitting area adjacent to the commercial center.
