כחלק מהתחדשות הקונספט של רשת סי קפה הן בתפריט והן בנראות ובעיצוב לקחנו את הסניף הוותיק המתפרס על כ 200 מ"ר הכוללים מחסנים, מטבח הכנות, מטבח פתוח, שירותים וחללי ישיבה פנימיים וחיצוניים וביצענו בו את השינויים הנדרשים בתכנון בהתאם לפרוגרמה המתבקשת. תכנון זה נותן את הפתרונות הנדרשים להתנהלות נכונה ופרקטית של העובדים מצד אחד ושל הלקוחות מצד שני וכל זה בתוך מעטפת של עיצוב איטלקי מודרני הכולל שילוב של חומרים טבעיים כגון עץ, ברזל ובטון ביחד עם הצבעוניות, החמימות והניחוחות של המטבח האיטלקי הפתוח ובקו אחיד עם המיתוג.
As part of the new culinary and design concept for the whole "Si Café" restaurant & café chain we planned and designed the old Si Café, Einat branch in order for the new concept to be implanted both in the practical and the interior design aspects. By using natural materials like wood, metal and concrete combined with the warm colors, the textures and the smell of an open modern Italian kitchen we created a space that manages to combine a "fast food" type of a restaurant/café with a warm atmosphere of the Italian cuisine.
