Beit Zion on Rothschild Boulevard, built in the early 1990s, was the first significant skyscraper on the boulevard. The tower was designed by the firm of architects Yasky Mor Sivan Architects and is named after the insurance company "Zion". Today, the building is owned by the Migdal and Harel insurance companies.
The concept of design was inspired by the new boulevards of the boulevard and the buildings of the historic white city that adorn the boulevard. A clean composition of linear lines and vertical elements against a background of white mineral plaster. Huge tiled concrete-like tiles that continue from the street into the lobby. The counter is covered with black concrete and creates movement in the space.
