Planning a professional laundry, one of the smaller and more challenging projects that entered our office. A space with an area of ​​28 square meters in the commercial area in Herzliya Hills in Herzliya. One front to the street with strict design and planning restrictions including the integration of consultants for engineering, safety, accessibility, environmental quality, electricity and communication, air conditioning, branding and physical program loaded with technical equipment and machinery including an operation area and a fireplace And a reception and sales area and one conveyor belt that is longer than the store.

The kind of challenges we love and produce big ideas in small spaces. Inspired by the world of laundry and the open concept of packaging in boxes, we took advantage of the back space and created a stack of boxes inside which the machines and air conditioning systems are integrated. In the front part, open to the street, is the sales and reception area and in the back is the operation area where the functional clothes conveyor belt connects the spaces. Using wood from the world of boxes and creating steel hanging elements created warmth in front of a concrete-like porcelain granite floor and an exposed concrete ceiling. The lighting was designed to provide a functional solution but was designed with the aim of giving emphasis to the elements in the space and to emphasize the brow at the front of the store.
