In a newly constructed office building in downtown Tel Aviv, we designed and planned an approximately 360-square-meter office for Levy Tyller, located within a triangular floor plate. The program includes senior partners’ offices, junior offices, a central reception area, and a large conference room with panoramic city views.
The layout is organized around a central “heart,” where all public spaces are concentrated. These areas are defined by exposed concrete ceilings and visible infrastructure, creating an open and spacious environment. Private offices are positioned around the perimeter of this central zone and feature lower acoustic ceilings, providing a more intimate and focused workspace.
Throughout the office, warm fishbone parquet flooring was used in both public and private areas. Interior facades were designed with black metal frames and clear glass, allowing natural light to reach the core of the space, while floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains provide a balance between openness, warmth, and privacy. The public areas incorporate clean-lined wood elements and concrete finishes, completing a cohesive and harmonious working environment.
