Location

Hod Hasharon

This modern private residence is located on a large plot in Hod Hasharon and is organized around a clear division between public and private functions. The house is composed of two primary volumes: a closed volume facing the street that contains the private living spaces, and an open glass volume that defines the public areas of the home.

The public volume includes the living room, dining area, and open kitchen, all connected through full-height glazing that opens the interior to the garden and blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is elevated above street level, allowing for underground parking and a basement level that includes workspaces, a family room, fitness areas, and light-filled courtyards.

Material choices were kept restrained and natural, combining exposed concrete, white surfaces, and oak wood flooring to create a calm and cohesive architectural language. The outdoor areas wrap around the public volume and include seating zones, landscaped gardens, and a raised swimming pool, completing a home designed for both daily family life and social hosting.
