As part of a new culinary and design concept developed for the Si Café chain, the Einat branch was redesigned to fully implement the updated language both functionally and visually. The project focused on adapting the existing location to reflect the renewed brand identity.

Natural materials such as wood, metal, and concrete were combined with warm tones, tactile surfaces, and the presence of an open Italian kitchen. The result is a space that balances the efficiency of a fast-paced café with the warmth and atmosphere of Italian cuisine.
