Beit Zion, located on Rothschild Boulevard, was built in the early 1990s and was the first significant high-rise on the boulevard. Originally designed by Yasky Mor Sivan Architects and named after the Zion insurance company, the building is now owned by Migdal and Harel Insurance.

The lobby design was inspired by the renewed boulevard and the historic White City buildings that line it. The architectural language is defined by clean, linear, and vertical elements set against white mineral plaster surfaces. Large concrete-look tiles extend seamlessly from the street into the lobby, reinforcing the connection between exterior and interior. The reception counter, finished in black concrete, introduces a dynamic element that adds movement to the space.
